Please feel free to contact us via text at (615) 733-2854 with any additional questions or concerns.

Yes! We require appointments for all services including a la carte services. We do not accept any walk in appointments.

The best way to reserve an appointment is to text us at (615) 733-2854 and provide us with your first and last name, pets name, pets breed, and approximate size of your pet. Our response time is usually within one business day, if not same day.

Yes! Rabies is a state law in Tennessee and required to be up to date at all times. We will not provide services for any pet(s) with expired or absent vaccines.

First appointment go much smoother and faster if the following is brought in:

  1. Physical copies of vaccination records, if digital have not been provided
  2. Photos of a groom your dog has had that you loved, please no instagram or googled photos of other pets
  3. Have a leash or carrier for your pet, they must not be free in our salon at any time
  4. Make sure Service Agreement is signed and submitted

No, although we started as a mobile groomer back in 2012, we have since stopped offering that service since 2018 and now strictly operate out of our storefront.

We only use all-natural, tear free, and high-quality shampoos. Cheaper shampoos purchased in places such as Wal-Mart, Target, Petco, or PetSmart, are not the best quality. They may have a great smell but not great for your pets coat. We have a wide variety of shampoo from whitening, deep cleaning, hypoallergenic, and de-shedding options available.

We accept all major credit cards and cash; checks are no longer accepted. If paying with cash please have exact amount, change is not always guaranteed. We may also use the credit card saved on file to pay for services but does include processing fees on top of final cost.

Your pet may have mats but not be matted, which is confusing to some. But simply when your pet's coat is matted to the point that a comb can not move freely through the hair on over 90% of the body, it is matted. Small mats in common areas are normal and usually not a reason to worry unless that tight and to the skin. We will spot shave all tightly matted areas, and will demat light mats for an additonal fee, but severely matted dogs will be required to be shaved and given a fresh start.

Yes, we provide text reminders for every appointment. We must have a valid cell phone number on file in order for these messages to be received. You will receive a message upon your appointment being booked to verify your appointment is set with reminders 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day prior to your appointment. Please note if your appointment is confirmed no future reminders will be sent for the confirmed appointment.

As we are not a daycare facility, we ask all pet parents pick up as soon as their Ready for Pick Up text is received. We do understand some may not be able to come immediately but all pets must be picked up before 4:00pm.

We ask all clients to respect our business and time, we are a family-owned and operated business that has other responsibilities outside of your salon. We are not a boarding facility or a daycare, so any pet parents not able to get their pets before close we will additional fees for their pets and may result in having to return the following morning for pick up.

If you haven't heard from us and a message has not been received, plan to be our at salon for pickup at 4:00pm. If we are behind, we will manually send a message to all pet parents and provide estimates on times they should be done, but sometimes our automated system goes down resulting in the auto messages not being sent.

Yes, we will still provide services for any aggressive or difficult dog, we just ask to be informed beforehand. Just as human therapy takes time, so will this process. We have worked with and renewed trust in the grooming process with more than 30 aggressive dogs in the last decade, dogs which no one including their owners could touch. Any dog dealing with past traumas in grooming will need to move at their own pace to achieve a full grooming, so your pet will no look good, may not be finished, or all the services you want be done, but our staff has over a decade working with traumatized and aggressive pets, not all pets are redeemable, but we will work and complete what they allow us.  Forcing a pet through a process to make them look pretty does nothing to help them recover and regain trust. There is an additional fee that is required of $30.00 which will be voided once we have regained the trust of your pet, and they feel comfortable with us. Please note regardless of what is completed the full-service cost and handling fee will still be required after each appointment. This process has taken some dogs months to years of work to get them in a better place.

Yes! Rabies is a state law in Tennessee and required to be up to date at all times. Bordetella is only recommended but not required. Distemper-parvo is required for all young dogs. FRVCP is only required for cats that live outside and inside.

We will groom certain dogs on medication that will "sedate" them but depending on the level of sedation/medication we do reserve the right to refuse services under those conditions. This is a situation best done under medical supervision which we do not have.

We provide a 3-to-4-hour window on completion of all dogs, regardless of the service provided. Dogs that are done later in our day will usually take longer than dogs arriving first thing in the morning. This timeframe is strictly due to our small staff and work schedule. Please note every pet parent will be provided with a Ready for Pick up text once there dog is completed.

Every salon is different from scheduling and processes. We are a small business that consists

Yes, we have over a decade of cat grooming experience.

No, unfortunately due to the nature of feral animals they are more unpredictable that house animals. Cat bites and scratches can cause serious damage to us, and this is not a risk we are willing to take with a feral animal regardless of how good they may be with their owners.

No, we do not require a bath for cats and some cats won't do well with it. We can do a teddy cut or lion cut without a bath. Just note a dirty coat will not cut evenly and may look choppy if we don't bathe them.

No, this is a process that needs to be done under medical supervision which is not an option we can offer.

It will depend on the level of aggression and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Cats are not the same as dogs and can-do serious damage without notice so it may be best to use a veterinarian to sedate and have them do any shaving necessary. But we will attempt any cat once unless they are feral but will never guarantee completion.
